Processing Time

All Street Tuned Co. garments are printed to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced and dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays begin processing the next working day.

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch date, not order date. During busy periods (sale events, new drops) please allow a little extra time.


International Delivery

We currently ship to selected countries across Europe and worldwide.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Street Tuned Co. has no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use this to follow your delivery through our courier's tracking portal.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 6 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at Streettunedco.com.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • UK orders — please wait 10 business days from dispatch before contacting us
  • International orders — please wait 25 business days from dispatch before contacting us

We'll investigate with our courier and either resend your order or issue a full refund if it cannot be located.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're unable to redirect orders once they've been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (an additional postage charge may apply).
